Across the pond is a very dry cider. Produced with 50% english bittersweet apple varieties, Brown Snout and Dabinett. 50% is Ida Red, Braeburn, Gold Rush, and Pink Lady all sharp varieties native to North America and grown here on our farm. It is bold, astringent, and medium bodied with a deeper golden hue dur to the tannins and polyphenols from the skins of the english varieties. Hints of apple and dried fruit on the back end.
